Operations Manager

HEVRON is a rapidly growing women's contemporary fashion brand based in Miami, with a strong and growing presence at major retailers, including Revolve, Saks, and Shopbop, and a network of over 70 specialty boutiques. We also operate our own online store, and have aggressive growth plans.

This position is in Miami and requires the individual to work from the office 9-5.

The mission of the Operations Manager position at HEVRON is to delight HEVRON customers through flawless and caring service. This is achieved by working with the Production team to ensure timely production orders, the Warehouse to ensure efficient receiving and accurate order fulfillment, and directly with Customers to handle their needs quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Work with freight forwarder to track inbound shipments to warehouse

Keep 3rd party warehouse in Atlanta up to date on inbound shipments and wholesale returns

Ensure vendor standards are being met and work continuously with vendors to improve operational efficiency.

Keep all master data clean and up to date in all our systems (e.g., Apparel Magic, JOOR, Shopify)

Hire and manage customer service staff when needed both full-time and part time

Manage production order lifecycle in our system from creation to inventory receiving

Manage sales order lifecycle in our system from creation to inventory receiving

Handle all customer service needs

Maintain and update vendor and internal SOPs

Skills

2+ years managing operations for a consumer products company with online and wholesale sales channels

Experience setting up a warehouse is a bonus

Experience working with an ERP and Shopify

Detail oriented

Quick learner with tremendous sense of responsibility and ownership

Critical thinker and strong problem solver

Expert Excel skills
