As a Sr. Graphic Designer, Account Manager at GSE, you’ll work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional account teams to shape and deliver impactful brand activations and campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This role blends creative execution, brand strategy, and client service, making it ideal for a candidate with creative agency experience and a passion for consumer engagement through sports marketing.
Job Duties
Collaborate with strategy, social, and experiential teams to develop and execute high-level campaign concepts, activations, and branded content rooted in strategic objectives.
Translate marketing and brand strategy into compelling creative deliverables—from pitch decks and storytelling frameworks to event branding, digital and in-stadium assets.
Design compelling visuals across presentation decks, event branding, social content, signage, and digital assets
Translate marketing and brand strategy into elevated creative solutions that resonate with consumers
Ensure brand and creative consistency across touchpoints, while pushing for innovation in how our clients show up
Act as a brand steward, ensuring creative alignment with core brand values and overarching partnership goals.
Support the Account Director in managing timelines, deliverables, and team alignment across creative workstreams.
Research and apply cultural, category, and competitor insights to strengthen creative strategies and build audience resonance.
Lead development of strategic creative presentations that articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and client partners.
Contribute to brainstorms, copywriting, and presentation development to ensure concepts are both strategic and executable.
Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple projects, ensuring quality and brand consistency at every touchpoint.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must
5-7 years of agency or brand-side creative/strategy experience
A portfolio that showcases visual storytelling across digital, print, and experiential work
Experience partnering with strategy, production, and account teams to bring ideas to life
The ability to own creative workstreams while also supporting big-picture brand strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience building presentations and writing pitch decks
Collaborative and solutions-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Passion for brand storytelling, sports marketing, and culture-led creative thinking
Experience designing Point-of-Sale collateral is a plus
Bonus: experience with motion, video editing, or production support
