Join a dynamic eCommerce company as a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance (FP&A) where you'll play a pivotal role in driving both financial and strategic goals.

This is a role on a growing team with tons of exposure to the C-suite and room for impact. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to transition in-house from I-banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Big 4 Audit, or for someone already in a Strategic Finance, Corporate Development or FP&A function.

This role is particularly awesome because of the leader who it reports to - before R2Net they spent several years in investment banking and are everything you want in a manager: always accessible, insanely smart, and someone who will always go to bat for you. They're also just really kind and funny - super witty & a bit sarcastic in a good way

The role:

Financial modeling & growth strategy

Drive overall planning, monitoring, are reporting of financial performance (budget, forecast, strategic planning)

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and build presentations for stakeholders, parent company, and c-suite

Analyze performance vs. plans, forecasts, market share and competitive market analysis to bring insights to the org

Who you are:

1 - 3 years of experience in in either I-banking, Private Equity, VC, Management Consulting (Deal Advisory), Big 4 Audit, or from in-house Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or FP&A

Need to be strong in financial modeling and storytelling

Bonus points if you have experience working in or on clients in eCommerce, consumer goods, etc.

Compensation: $100k -$110 base salary + cash bonus + benefits and flexible for the perfect candidate!

Office Schedule: It's a hybrid role, 3 days a week in Mid-town Manhattan office.
