Job Title: SAP S4 HANA Business Systems Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 5 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $70.43/Hour
Duties:
Deliver exceptional support across our Treasury organization, including timely defect resolution, enhancement or automation requests, new feature releases, testing, and training opportunities.
Create and maintain a mapping of business processes and related systems controls (security) across the various systems.
Partner with Treasury to transform business objectives and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze technical and functional integrations; understand connectivity types and effectively partner internally to ensure compliance across all Treasury connected services.
Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
Lead and manage Treasury-related projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of finance systems experience, specifically: Technical and functional knowledge of SAP S4HANA FSCM Credit Management, Dispute Management, Credit exposure, Treasury and Risk Management (Exposure Management, Hedge Management, Hedge Accounting, Reporting), Cash management, GL, A/R (Billing, and Payments)
Understanding of SAP database tables and SAP security roles.
Preferred skills and experience:
Experience with Treasury Management Systems, CRM (D365, SFDC), ticketing systems (Service Now).
Systematic understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, and foreign exchange).
Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong program and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
