Job Title: CNC Machinist II

Location: Houston, TX USA 77073

Duration: 12 months

Shift: M-F 6am - 2:30pm + OT

Description:

This Machinist supports Aero shop and Machine shop in running large CNC/Manual lathes, CNC/Manual VTL’s, and CNC/Manual Mills, holding tight tolerances meeting OEM requirements and specifications. Read and interprets blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements for the Gas turbine, Steam turbine, and Aero components.

Responsibilities / Tasks of the Role:

Interprets blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications as per request of client, to then implement through manual machining or CNC machining.

Experience: We're looking for candidates with a min of 7+ years of experience

Essential Requirements of the role: Manual Machinist and CNC experience

Desirable attributes of the worker: Methodical individual, independent working, able to follow blueprints

Technical Skills: Able to read drawings as per specs

Tools or Software: CNC Programing
