Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager- Northwest Houston- HYBRID

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis team. This role oversees forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, while providing strategic insights to support growth and profitability. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a track record of improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models to guide business decisions

Lead monthly reporting, including variance and management analysis

Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting accuracy

Assess investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

6+ years of progressive FP&A experience

2+ years of experience in supervisory/leadership position

Experience in real estate industryAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, OneStream a plus.
