Investor Relations Sr Analyst

The Investor Relations Senior Analyst will support the firm’s Investor Relations efforts by managing investor communications, preparing financial materials, and assisting with outreach strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Create and update financial models and presentations to ensure accurate investor communications.

Investor Engagement: Prepare and share financial updates, reports, and engage with investors. Assist in organizing investor meetings and events.

Market Analysis: Research financial performance, industry trends, and market conditions to provide insights.

Team Collaboration: Work with deal, fundraising, and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Database Management: Maintain and update the investor database to keep records accurate.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in investment banking, business development or accounting.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets.

Prior experience or familiarity with the traditional energy sector is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
