Are you a driven Maintenance Engineer with a talent for structuring and optimizing work processes? Then we are looking for you!

You will be working at a large company with a total of 300 FTE. You will be part of a team of two maintenance engineers and report to the Maintenance Engineering Team Lead. Are you passionate about implementing SAP? Then you might be the star we’re looking for!

In this role, you play a key part within the team and are responsible for supporting and improving our operational and maintenance processes.

Your Responsibilities

Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure structured updates and maintenance of assigned equipment.

Quality & Safety: Safeguard quality and food safety within your area of responsibility.

Compliance: Ensure the department meets standards and procedures, as well as legal requirements regarding health and safety.

Predictive Maintenance: Implement and improve predictive maintenance for complex line equipment.

Troubleshooting: Perform corrective maintenance during malfunctions and minimize downtime.

Data Management: Keep maintenance data up to date according to all departmental procedures.

What We Expect From You

At least 3 years of experience in a technical environment.

Fluent in speaking and writing English.

A relevant degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or Technology.

Experience with SAP PM and PowerBI is a big plus.

Strong analytical skills and a focus on process optimization.

Experience with CMMS systems and reporting tools.

Knowledge and experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Contribution to continuous improvement and providing technical input for CAPEX projects.

Support of digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Active involvement in the implementation of maintenance excellence.
