Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon - Saginaw, Michigan

Clinical Role:RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Cardiovascular Surgeon for locum coverage in Saginaw, Michigan.Assignment Dates:

July 25 - August 1

August 1 - August 8

August 15 - August 22

September 19 - October 1

October 1 - October 10

November 1 - November 11

November 21 - December 1

December 1 - December 9

December 19 - January 1

This is part of ongoing coverage while a permanent provider is recruited.Clinical Responsibilities:

Inpatient (70%) and Outpatient (30%)

Outpatient visits, inpatient rounding, and surgical call

Full CVOR support with 2 cardiovascular anesthesiologists

APPs take first call for ICU, hospital floors, outpatients, and ED

Common cases: CABGs and bread-and-butter CV surgery

APPs assist with vein harvesting

EPIC and Dragon dictation systemCandidate Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (truly)

ACLS certification required

Must have performed at least 50 Open Heart procedures in the last 12 monthsWhat RecruitWell Provides:
