Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.

Oversee accounting operations, including AP, payroll, vendor services, and tax reporting.

Ensure timely month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Support financial systems, tools, and reporting enhancements.

Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decisions.

Manage tax compliance and coordinate external audits.

Maintain internal controls and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning.

Provide technical accounting guidance for business initiatives.

Lead and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Drive process improvements and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred, MBA preferred.

8+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge; Public accounting background preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ERP system experience required.

Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency reporting is advantageous.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
