Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure: Must hold or obtain an Oregon Physical Therapy license.

Certifications: BLS certification required.

Experience: New graduates are welcome-training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

Build meaningful relationships with patients and develop personalized treatment plans.

Educate patients to encourage active participation in their healing journey.

Administer evaluations, treatments, and discharge procedures, ensuring proper documentation.

Maintain accurate patient records through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Assist patients with ambulation and mobility needs when required.

Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment area.

Work Schedule & Environment:

Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (day shift).
