Job Details
Position Overview: The Controller will be charged with overseeing the financial activities of our organization including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting management, and compliance.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting including billing, AP, A, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual close
Financial reporting & financial statement preparation
Create and maintain internal controls
Budgeting & Forecasting
Provide cash flow models both long and short term
Ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate with external audit and tax advisors
ERP implementation within first year of employment
Performance and process management of department
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
5+ years accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Strong Excel skills
ERP implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction industry accounting leadership
CPA
