Title: Controller

Location: Tampa, FL (On-site at HQ)

Salary: $140,000-$160,000 base depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly close, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections in collaboration with leadership

Manage and develop a small accounting team across AP, AR, and payroll

Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readiness

Optimize accounting systems and reporting processes to support continued growth

Qualifications:

CPA or CPA-eligible with 7+ years of accounting experience in public or a mix of public/private

Prior experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a project-based or construction environment is a PLUS
