Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, budgeting, and payroll.

Manage a team of 3-4 accounting staff, providing mentorship and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Review and analyze construction and real estate contracts, offering strategic financial insights.

Maintain general ledger accuracy through detailed review and reconciliation.

Conduct insurance reviews and oversee subcontractor risk management.

Utilize Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) for efficient financial management.

Ensure compliance with lien release procedures and other regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Strong experience with Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) is highly preferred.

Proven track record in construction accounting and financial management.

Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
