My client, a thriving and dynamic organization in business for nearly 90 years, is expanding its team with an Assistant Controller due to growth. Incredible benefits and 401k match. This reports to an awesome Director who is a great mentor. Hours are M-F, 7-4, and is onsite in Lebanon. The salary is up to $95,000. This is a highly visible role with a company that is on track to double their growth. Permanent direct hire.

Overview of the Assistant Controller Role:

The Assistant Controller role will not have any direct reports initially and will be a key figure in day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and other tasks.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reviews and forecasts.

Monitor cash flow metrics, primarily related to inventory, to ensure the division operates to maximize cash while meeting profit and loss (P&L) targets.

Collaborate with division leadership to develop solutions that optimize cash flow and operating profit.

Present a clear and concise review of current and projected operating results to leadership.

Assist with budget, forecasting, and inventory accounting.

Set and manage customer pricing, develop the monthly price file, and assist in maintaining minimum profitability requirements across the entire product line of goods and services.

Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:

3 years or more of accounting experience

Ability to work onsite in Lebanon

Bachelor Degree
