We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Accounting Consultant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to leverage their expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, improving accounting processes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. You will play a critical role in driving financial success by working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Perform month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring all business transactions are recorded.

Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly posted.

Lead special projects related to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data and improve financial performance.

Provide strategic financial guidance based on thorough analysis and projections.

Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and policies.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
