Job Details

Position Overview: The Controller will oversee accounting operations, drive process improvement, and develop the accounting team. This will include financial reporting, accounting operations, cash management, and acquisition integration.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Lead general ledger accounting, consolidations, and month-end close

Intercompany allocations

Oversee Payroll journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and lease compliance

Acquisition integrations into company ERP and processes

Manage cash flow including working capital

Manage AP processes

Drive process improvement and automation

ERP implementation within the first 18 months

Manage and mentor team of four

Hire additional accounting staff as required

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Multi-entity healthcare industry background

Private equity owned company experience

ERP implementation experience

Acquisition integration

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA

MBA
