Job Details
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Colorado
Currently working at a top national/international law firm or in a sophisticated in-house role.
4-7 years of experience in Credit Finance & Corporate Transactions
Experience reviewing, editing, and drafting primary loan documents for secured & unsecured credit facilities (borrower side)
Experience with acquisition financings, and working with capital & venture debt facilities
Experience with corporate transactions (equity financings, M&A transactions, etc.)
