Our architectural firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the restaurant design industry. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the project, from conception to completion

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Review and approve construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and regulations

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans

Manage project changes and scope creep

Identify and mitigate project risks

Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

3+ years of experience in architectural project management

Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software

Experience with restaurant design projects

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Ability to travel to project sites as needed
