Hybrid Work Model $70,000-$80,000 Salary Range

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. This full-time role blends traditional accounting with financial analysis, offering a unique opportunity to impact business decisions through meaningful insights.

What You'll Do:

Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close activities

Analyze financial statements, identifying key trends and business drivers

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory/capital reporting

Lead labor cost tracking and fixed asset reporting

Support insurance renewals, compliance, and special projects with senior finance leaders

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

1-3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)

Strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience a plus

Sharp attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills across teams and departments
