Key Responsibilities of the Controller:

Prepare/analyze financial statements and own the monthly, quarterly and annual close process.

Supervise billing, accounts payable and payroll functions and staff.

coordinate the annual budget

coordinate the annual audit, tax preparation and cost reporting.

Qualifications of the Controller:

financial leadership experience in the healthcare space required. Preference give to those with long term care and/or nonprofit healthcare expertise.

4+ years' leadership and staff development

willingness to work full time in-office

Undergraduate degree in accounting strongly preferred
