About the Controller role:

Reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for all financial transactions in compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations, policies and procedures, internal controls.

The Controller will have full oversight and preparation of audited financial statements, Federal and State Single Audit Reports, 990's, state tax returns and other financial reports, as required.

The Controller will oversee annual budget preparation, analysis, forecasting, cash flow analysis.

Manage cash investments.

Additional tasks as assigned.

Preferred qualifications of the Controller:

BS Accounting/Finance, Masters preferred.

8+ years experience in a non-profit or higher educational environment with knowledge of fund accounting (endowments), GAAP, budgeting and strong leadership skills.

Permanent
