Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor labor, materials, subcontractor expenses, and other key cost drivers across multiple locations

Collect and verify daily production data, reconciling any discrepancies

Manage intra-company inventory transfers and ensure proper transfer pricing

Conduct regular variance analysis on inventory reports across sites

Assist in establishing and maintaining standard costs for materials and production

Ideal Background:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Previous experience in cost accounting or manufacturing environments is a plus
