We are partnered with a Global manufacturer that fabricates and finishes circuit board design, testing, and assembly facility in addition to state-of-the-art lighting components. The organization is part of a much broader parent organization that operates in 20 states domestically as well as abroad with $4B in annual sales and over 9000 employees locally and around the world. One of the Plant Controllers was promoted into a Business Unit Controller position, and we are seeking a Senior Cost Analyst.

The Senior Cost Analyst role will be a blend of accounting, Standard cost accounting, and have a large portion of variance analysis, ad hoc analytics, budgeting and forecasting
Interaction with multiple departments as well as high level executives to present commentary and financials
What we are seeking in a Senior Cost Analyst:
someone that has experience working on the plant floor and interacting with plant manager
experience within manufacturing/cost accounting/prefer standard costing.
Experience monitoring inventory levels
partnering with operations management to manage budget
The Senior Cost Analyst will perform monthly close with inventory, excess reserves, standard cost variances
The Senior Cost Analyst will prepare data for quarterly reviews
capital expenditures for 8 to 9 projects and cap ex reconciliations and running depreciation
The Senior Cost Analyst will be the backup person to handle time and expenditures and p card expenditures -
someone who is a bit ambitious, need someone with some grit.
Fixed asset knowledge is a preference
