Electronic Assembler - Aerospace Bench Technician

Jenks, OK

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $17-20/HR

The Bench Technician performs component level troubleshooting and repair of complex aviation electronic and electromechanical components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Read and understand drawings, prints and schematics.

Test, disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble aircraft components.

Read and accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring, diagrams, schematics diagrams and drawings.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience:

2 years of experience in the electronic/electromechanical field preferred or graduate of Aviation Technology program.

Technical experience, including reading/interpreting technical data

Proficient in soldering and board repair and assembly/disassembly of mechanical components

Familiar with and able to use industry standard test equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, counters and have the ability to learn the proper applications of specialized test equipment

FAA/DOT Safety Sensitive position
