Payroll Systems Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Audit payroll for full-time, part-time, temporary, and substitute employees.

Assist with HRIS/Payroll system implementation, including process redesign, testing, and integration.

Support year-end payroll processes to ensure accurate W-2 reporting.

Collaborate with Benefits and Accounting teams on payroll-related matters.

Provide system support, enhancements, and documentation for payroll processes.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Ensure accurate and timely biweekly payroll processing in Oracle for 10,000+ employees.

Payroll Systems Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate degree with equivalent experience.

5+ years of payroll experience (CPP preferred).

Payroll implementation experience

Expertise in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; Oracle or UKG experience preferred.

Strong understanding of payroll administration, HRIS technology, and compliance.

Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
