JOB SUMMARY:

This role will support the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the Service Portal and Fulfillment UI. This role requires a foundational understanding of both client-side and server-side scripting and a strong desire to grow technical skills while adhering to platform best practices and standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and support ITSM processes using the ServiceNow platform.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and widgets.

Support quality assurance testing and assist with upgrade validation using tools such as AutomatePro.

Participate in platform configuration, procurement processes, and lifecycle planning.

Analyze technical requirements to identify areas for improvement or automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery.

Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and incident resolution on the ServiceNow platform.
