SAP EWM Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented SAP EWM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP EWM, with a focus on batch management, inventory accuracy, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations.

Manage and resolve issues related to batch management, including characteristic derivation and shelf-life expiration dates

Ensure accurate inventory management through regular audits and reconciliation processes.

Maintain and update date codes and item codes, ensuring data accuracy across all systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system and process issues.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.or related experience

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including configuration and support.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP EWM modules and functionalities.

Strong understanding of batch management processes.

Experience with inventory control and data management.

Familiarity with SAP

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP EWM

Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Contribute as a technical consultant for technical sales

Collecting requirements from business users

Led a full life cycle project implementation

Provide general technical support for end user support requests

Comprehend existing configuration, enhancements and business processes

Develop functional specifications for enhancements

Execute or coordinate system integration testing

Produce detailed configuration and configuration documentation based on integrated system design of required business scenarios

Perform unit test and provide integration test support

Writing functional and technical specifications

Create functional specifications and technical specifications for development and test development

Advise concerning maintenance of system post go-live

Participate in regular system upgrade testing

Work with key business users to gather business requirements

Participated in a full life cycle project implementation

Delivering a SAP implementation project

Create functional specifications and technical specifications for development and test development objects

Verify test system processes and troubleshoot, document, and resolve system related issues

Architect solutions by mapping customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions

Provide as needed support with data migration, interface design
