Job Description

Only qualified Project Manager - Third Party Risk Managment (TPRM) candidates located near the Columbus, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.

Qualifications:

- Prior TPRM implementation experience

- Experience implementing both Technical and business process/organization change.

- Critical thinking

- Able to create content for presentations going to the board

- High visibility project

- Senior level Project Management skills/experience (10+ years)

- PMP Certification

- Experience leading large project initiatives

Role:

- Independently executes very high complexity projects / programs from concept through final implementation, as well as ensures that the programs are aligned with the strategies and standards.

- Ensures the strategic alignment and success of major initiatives and projects spanning multiple business units or organizations.

- Execute performance standards; provides appropriate mentoring / coaching, where applicable, to assist project team members in achieving success.

- Creates and executes program / large-scale projects plans that may involve multiple disciplines in the information technology field; leads program / project teams in the development and implementation of detailed work plans, schedules, program / project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

- Defines, leads and executes successful integration and dependency management capability across the various requests, projects and programs.

- Monitors / assesses program and project progress; drives communications, status reporting, management reporting and executive presentations.

- Facilitates resolution, mitigation and appropriate escalation of action items, scope changes, risks and issues to senior leadership.

- Defines, leads and executes successful vendor management capability across the various projects and programs.

- Gathers and analyzes data to identify trends that support visibility to potential issues and inconsistencies; anticipates and identifies issues inhibiting successful program / project delivery.

- Is an expert in all project methodologies and has the knowledge to assess which methodologies to deploy within a program.

- Understands how to create and deploy an effective governance model for large-scaled, complex initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Planning & Analysis

- Determines methodology recommendation

- Develops and maintains complex Program / Project schedules

- Establishes Program / Project structure & governance

- Identifies, evaluates and drives Program / Project dependencies

- Performs estimation valuation

Controls Management

- Risk Management determination and mitigation

- Issue determination & mitigation

- Scope Change determination, estimation & prioritization

- Action Item determination & maintenance

- Key Decision determination & maintenance

- Identifies, evaluates and drives Project Dependencies

Visibility

- Clear & concise communication (verbal and written)

- Determines Program / Project health assessment using data

- Identifies key Project Risks / Issues & escalates independently

- Performs Program / Project Data Analysis & Trending

Performs Program / Project Financial Management as follows:

- Identifies and analyzes spend-to-date

- Performs monthly activity tracking of assets

- Determines and analyzes revised forecasts

Influence

- Team networking, collaboration, partnership, trusted advisor

- Giving & receiving feedback

- Applies critical thinking & problem-solving techniques

- Drives for results and provides coaching

- Facilitates key team, leadership and executive meetings
