Overview of the IT Corporate Infrastructure Manager role:
Supervise, train and develop a cross-functional IT Infrastructure team that manages client endpoint, server, cloud/SaaS/IaaS, storage, voice, security, data communications and database solutions
Supervise, coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to IT systems managed or supported by the IT Infrastructure team
Provide direct support in the day-to-day operations on hardware and operating systems, including the evaluation of system utilization, monitoring response time, and primary support for detection and correction of operational problems
Preferred Qualifications for the IT Corporate Infrastructure Manager:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
8 years of experience with Windows Server 2008 or higher
8 years of experience of Windows server management in a medium or large corporate environment
Experience with patching servers/virtual machines
5 years of experience managing a team of IT professionals
