We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in the healthcare industry. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This role is crucial to maintaining the continuity of our IT services and ensuring we can continue to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure within the organization, including servers, PC environments, and other critical systems.
Lead the resolution of IT tickets, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Support and monitor infrastructure projects, system upgrades, patches, migrations, and configuration changes.
Work with 3rd party vendors to review and support the drafting of infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
Identify and recommend improvements to infrastructure stability, efficiency, and security.
Manage the help desk team, ensuring a high level of service and support is provided to all users.
Utilize SCCM for system management and deployment, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and secure.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
Ensure all IT operations adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of servers, PC environments, ticket resolution, and help desk management.
Experience supporting and monitoring infrastructure projects, system upgrades, patches, migrations, and configuration changes.
Experience working with 3rd parties on reviewing and supporting the drafting of infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
Proven ability to identify and recommend improvements to infrastructure stability, efficiency, and security.
Experience with SCCM or similar system management tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
