Job Details

Responsibilities

Full understanding of the data housed in D365

Full understanding of the business processes that drive D365

Liaison between business units and IT regarding D365

Maintain and support Treasury Automation and invoice workflow modules

End user support for all D365 user questions and issues

Report writing utilizing MS Power BI, Sigma, and Jet Reports

Work with EDI Coordinator on D365 / EDI issues

Perform staff and user training as well as writing user documentation

Update D365 and its modules; also update data in Test and Stage environments

Utilize internal helpdesk ticketing system

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience with an ERP solution in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment (e.g., Oracle, AX, D365, or similar)

Microsoft D365 implementation and integrations preferred

Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions, and providing solid process and technical recommendations

Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills

Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders

Bachelor's or Associate's degree

Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Treasury Automation, and invoice workflow tools preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI
