Job SummaryMedline is looking for a Manager on our Branch Engineering Support team. The position is responsible for overseeing our branch support engineering team. This role includes leadership assisting problem management team with RCA investigations, escalations from level 2 logistics helpdesk, backups for vendor support and automation control system support. The manager will also ensure timely resolution of issues and stakeholder communications while fostering innovation and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. The position requires strong understanding of warehouse management systems and warehousing processes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals managing applications. Set clear goals, coach, mentor, and develop team members to enable professional growth and build a high-performing team.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with vendors and the business
Business Innovation & Efficiency: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application needs and identify opportunities to enhance existing applications visibility utilizing dashboards
Operational Support & Process Management: Support branches in resolving system-related challenges, coordinating with other IT teams as needed. Analyze operational data and generate reports on system availability and performance. Identify key Operation system performance trends and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, managing technical or functional teams.
Requirements:
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in vendor management and stakeholder collaboration. Proven ability to act as a bridge between IT and business units.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of WMS systems and warehousing processes
Agility & Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Proven track record of adapting to evolving priorities and delivering solutions on time and within scope.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence senior management and stakeholders.

The anticipated salary range for this position:$115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
