Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our thriving team. This exciting role is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a genuine interest in driving business growth. The successful candidate will have the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions with product trials that address these requirements, and provide business value. This position requires regular domestic travel and a flexible approach to work schedules.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific customer needs and market trends.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Build, maintain and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and establish rapport to drive business growth.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting trends, opportunities and potential risks.

Actively participate in industry events and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and presentations.

Use negotiation skills to close deals effectively and profitably.

Provide product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product features and benefits.

Work closely with the customer service and production teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Prospecting skills with a knack for identifying potential clients and initiating business relationships.

Strong sales planning skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

SaaS and Manufacturing experience is a big plus.

Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis.
