Job Description

This role will assist in managing and optimizing our ERP system while providing data-driven insights through Power BI and other applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP administration, SQL-based reporting, and business intelligence, within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Management:

Maintain and support the company's ERP system.

Assist with ERP configurations, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance application functionality to improve business processes.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and financial reporting.

Integrate ERP data with BI tools and ensure reporting accuracy.

Provide timely and accurate reporting, and data-driven insights to assist business partners make better business decisions and drive efficiency.

SQL & Data Management:

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

Lead efforts to maintain data integrity across ERP and reporting platforms.

Work with various teams to support reporting and data analysis needs.

Business Partnership:

Work with office and shop floor employees to gather business requirements.

Work alongside the IT department to resolve user issues.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with ERP systems (SyteLine or similar).

Strong Power BI skills for dashboard creation and data visualization.

Proficiency in SQL for database queries and reporting.

Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive).

SSRS report writing and Power BI knowledge.

Ability to analyze and improve business processes using ERP data.

Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or production workflows in an ERP.

Understanding of API integrations for data exchange between ERP and BI tools.

Experience with business process automation tools.

Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reporting.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field or relative work experience

3+ years working with ERP and other software in a manufacturing setting

Work Environment & Location:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
