Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Overseeing daily operations across assigned laboratory sections
Ensuring compliance with CLIA 493.1463 and CAP standards
Managing and mentoring laboratory staff, resolving interpersonal issues
Preparing and monitoring section budgets with accuracy
Maintaining and updating all section policies and procedures
Driving quality and efficiency in lab services
Supporting Lean process initiatives and continuous improvement
Skills You Need
Bachelor's degree and MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification
Minimum 4 years of supervisory or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in lab systems, hospital budgeting, and Lean principles
