The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced professional to serve in the dual role of Business Analyst and Scrum Master for our Agile delivery team. This position will play a crucial role in our federal grants tracking and analytics program, interfacing with client personnel and leaders to gather requirements, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst:

Assist Product Owner in developing and elaborating requirements for Product and Release backlogs.

Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze business needs.

Create user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Initiate investigation on troubleshooting data or system issues. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.

Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.

Perform Quality Assurance reviews on reports, analytical products and documents.

As a Scrum Master:

Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for 1-2 Scrum teams.

Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, focusing on continuous improvement.

Remove impediments and foster a culture of transparency and self-organization.

Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties.

Maintain and communicate Agile development metrics to help teams understand their performance.

Other important responsibilities:

Coordinate with project leaders, project managers, and government personnel.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.

Ensure development activities adhere to project standards and approaches.

Collaborate with functional managers on cross-functional team staffing.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or related field.

10+ years of related technical experience.

Minimum 3 years experience facilitating Agile Scrum software development projects.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Strong SQL skills to query Oracle/Redshift databases to extract and review data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Agile, project management, and collaboration tools specifically Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Ability to manage expectations, build relationships, and resolve conflicts with various stakeholders.

Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and environments.

Desired:

• Experience with AWS cloud, Python, JSON, Java, and .NET.

• Experience with BI Analytics Tools such as Palantir, Tableau and MS Power BI.

• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).

• Background in federal government projects and grants management systems.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,100-$172,400
