Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Location : Newark, NJ-Hybrid

Engagement Type: 6+ Months

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 Days onsite, 2 Days Remote

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to lead the development of technical solutions including RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows), with a strong focus on integration, data migration, and reporting. You'll work closely with business teams to gather requirements, build and test technical components, and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create BRDs and design RICEFW objects for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Develop reports (OTBI, BIP), integrations (using OIC), and data conversions (using HDL, HCM Extracts).

Customize HCM pages using sandbox and support Oracle Cloud updates.

Lead data migration and on-prem to cloud conversion projects.

Provide end-user support and technical training.

Ensure smooth go-live and post-production support.

Technical Skills Needed:

Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL, Web Services, SFTP.

Understanding of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).

Experience with page customization, fast formulas, and approval workflows.

Familiarity with Oracle Redwood, OGL, and Recruitment Booster is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

10+ years in HCM implementations; 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM.

Hands-on experience in 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects.

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.

Prior consulting experience preferred.
