Applications Engineer

Our client is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused CNC Manufacturing Engineer to support internal sales teams and clients by designing and implementing custom CNC solutions for customers. With a strong emphasis on automated solutions, robotics, and training, you will define and build the organizational support needed to grow new and existing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program CNC machine tools, develop manufacturing processes, and conduct customer training.

Support pre-sale activities: customer visits, machine/part assessments, and recommendations.

Set up and program CNC lathes and mills with automation/robotics.

Deliver demos, technical support, and safety training.

Maintain strong knowledge of company product lines.

Qualifications:

10+ years CNC machining/programming experience.

Preferred: MasterCam/AutoDesk proficiency.

Strong customer service and tooling knowledge.

Willingness to travel regionally, with some overnight stays.
