Job Details
This is more than just another project-based role-it's an opportunity to lead meaningful work, mentor emerging talent, and help drive the future of design-build delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and documentation for commercial and institutional projects
Serve as Architect of Record, ensuring full code compliance and quality assurance across all project phases
Manage consultant coordination, permitting processes, and construction administration
Supervise and mentor a team of 7 architects and designers
Contribute to early-stage project visioning and actively support integration within our design-build delivery model
Qualifications
Licensed Architect with 10+ years of professional experience
Expertise in building systems, detailing, codes, and constructability
Advanced proficiency in Revit and experience guiding project teams through documentation and delivery
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
A collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented, client-focused approach
