Responsibilities of the CSR
Answer inbound customer calls and provide excellent service and support
Schedule HVAC service appointments and input customer information into the CRM (ServiceTitan)
Make outbound follow-up calls on open service quotes, sales estimates, and contract renewals
Support office leadership and the VP with administrative tasks like reports, data entry, and project coordination
Help troubleshoot internal tech issues (training provided)
Maintain accurate digital records of customer interactions and job updates
Coordinate company events, manage RSVPs, and help with event logistics
Use platforms like Excel, Microsoft Teams, Podium, and other cloud-based tools
Qualifications of the CSR
2+ years of customer service or administrative experience; HVAC or home services background is a plus
High school diploma
Tech-savvy-comfortable learning and using multiple platforms and tools
Excellent phone presence; confident making 20+ outbound calls per day
