Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will answer incoming calls
Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
The Administrative Assistant will create documents and contracts
Any other ad hoc projects
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant
Administrative experience
Microsoft Outlook proficiency
Some bookkeeping would be a plus! Work Model
