Compensation:
The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights:
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is 12PM - 10PM, Sunday - Thursday (Full-Time, Onsite)
Responsibilities:
Manage time-off requests and scheduling
Work with Operations Leaders to understand daily staffing needs and receive approval for staffing plans
Build staffing plans to run all production lines and support preventive maintenance
Post overtime sign-ups for opposing shifts
Ensure each spot is filled by a qualified associate
Send automated requests for overtime volunteers
Manage shift-swapping between associates
Learn and utilize new scheduling software
Maintain open communication on staffing changes and issues
Keep accurate records and documentation
Align employee scheduling with training matrix
Comply with safety regulations and quality assurance policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience supporting scheduling for a production operation preferred
Experience with ADP or Workday is a plus, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED (or 1 year of consecutive work experience)
