Executive Assistant to Founder - Fast-Paced, Sales-Driven Environment
We're partnering with a growth-focused company looking to hire a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support their founder. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role supporting a driven leader involved in investor relations, equity partnerships, and strategic sales activity.
The founder has a strong vision, a passionate work style, and expects excellence from his support team. He moves quickly and communicates directly. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, and finds fulfillment in anticipating needs and creating order out of chaos-this could be your spot.
The right person will bring operational poise, tech-forward thinking, and the confidence to push back respectfully. You'll serve as the founder's right hand for all things calendar, communication, CRM updates, and strategic follow-through. While the majority of support is professional, there is occasional crossover into personal tasks (roughly 80/20).
What You'll Do
Own a highly dynamic calendar with consistent back-to-back meetings, frequent rescheduling, and proactive alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Draft and follow up on outbound sales messaging (email, phone, text)
Manage lead follow-up and outreach tracking in HubSpot CRM
Provide regular updates and priorities through
Coordinate meetings both on and off site, prepare materials, and confirm logistics
Communicate with polish and speed on the founder's behalf
Serve as point of coordination with a secondary EA who handles more tactical work (expenses, event logistics)
Be on-site 5 days/week
