Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers, superintendents, and office staff
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical)
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Help track project paperwork such as permits, contracts, and change orders
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Support with other general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience, preferably in the construction or related industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and dependable
