Prime Personnel Resources is assisting a company that has an opening for a Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator . This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

The primary role will entail greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, administrative tasks, answering phones. Providing outstanding customer service daily.

Key Areas of Accountability

We are looking for someone who can work well independently, shows self initiative, strong attention-to-detail, has prior customer service background, and has the ability to multi-task.

This position would require:

Answering a multi-line phone system

Prioritizing calls, taking messages, routing calls, scheduling appointments

Greeting visitors, checking in appointments

Data entry, scanning, filing, shredding, creating and maintaining reports

Providing administrative support to the entire office team.

Maintaining cleanliness of office and front lobby area.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

Diploma or degree, High School/GED required

Positive, friendly, professional demeanor

Bilingual is a plus!

Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow through of tasks

Professional communication both verbal and written

Prior customer service background
