Main Job Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the Tampa area, providing friendly, efficient, and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps to resolve common technical issues, utilizing provided resources and knowledge base articles.
Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system, ensuring clear and concise records of inquiries and resolutions.
Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.
Collaborate with senior customer service representatives and team leads to learn best practices, improve communication skills, and enhance your understanding of Frontier services.
Participate in training programs and team meetings to develop your knowledge of Frontier products, services, and company policies, expanding your customer service expertise.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, actively seeking opportunities to assist colleagues and share knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications for the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with customers in the Tampa area.
Basic proficiency in computer usage, including navigating CRM systems and utilizing standard communication tools (phone, email, chat).
Excellent active listening skills, with the capacity to empathize with customer situations, demonstrate patience, and understand their concerns.
Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze basic customer issues, identify effective solutions, and escalate complex matters appropriately.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member within Highland Management Group in Tampa.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop within the customer service domain.
