Finance Manager - Manufacturing

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite - Hybrid Flexibility Possible Over Time)

Compensation: $110K - $130K Base + Bonus

Are you an FP&A professional ready to step into a high-impact Finance Manager role with a global manufacturing leader?

A large, internationally recognized manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Manager to support a key business segment generating approximately $60M-$70M in annual revenue. Reporting to the local Controller, this is a highly visible, individual contributor role-perfect for a Senior or Lead Financial Analyst looking to level up.

What You'll Do:

Lead all FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Partner directly with site leadership to provide strategic financial insights

Analyze trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies

Collaborate with accounting on monthly and quarterly close processes

Develop and refine financial models that support strategic growth

Present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to executive leadership

Provide occasional support to the accounting team during key close periods or projects

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Strong FP&A background with direct experience in manufacturing (required)

Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with leadership teams

Highly analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator

Independent and driven, thriving in a key contributor role
