Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

This role is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, month-end close, audits, regulatory compliance, and tax. The Controller plays a strategic leadership role in financial management, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial close, external audits, and internal controls (SOX compliance)
Oversee financial and regulatory reporting, including FDIC and FR Y-9 filings
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Partner with IT, HR, and other departments to improve systems and data workflows
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
10+ years of accounting/finance experience
5+ years in the banking or financial services sector
Previous Controller or equivalent leadership experience
Expert-level Excel skills (formulas, modeling, etc.)
Experience with databases and ERP/reporting systems a plus
CPA or MBA preferred
