Vice President of Finance

The Vice President of Finance is a strategic executive responsible for leading all financial functions of the organization. This role oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, budgeting, and revenue cycle operations. The VP partners with senior leadership to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term organizational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support organizational goals

Advise executive leadership on financial performance and operational efficiency

Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations

Direct revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and payer compliance

Partner with clinical and operational leaders to optimize cost-efficiency

Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams, fostering professional development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, including healthcare finance

Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and financial modeling

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve financial operations

Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and healthcare financial tools

Preferred:

Experience with M&A, private equity, or nonprofit/for-profit healthcare models

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Ethical, mission-driven approach to leadership

Oversee all finance/accounting functions

Oversee accounting and financial analysis

Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting and reporting, finance operations, and accounting

Oversee the finance operations department and other finance departments

Perform financial reporting and sales tax functions

Oversee all daily financial and accounting operations

Develop finance and business operations staff

Maintain financial ledgers and accounting processes

Train and develop accounting and finance teams

Develop financial forecasting and budgeting

Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department

Provide training to the finance organization to new finance leaders

Manage the accounting & finance activities of the organization

Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the organization and lead the accounting and financial team

Manage the accounting& finance activities of the organization

Providing financial leadership in support of the company's finance goals

Coordinate financial planning and budget management functions

Enhance overall accounting operations and procedures of accounting department

Provide monthly financial reporting to constituencies

Prepare all financial analysis of operations
